I received amazing service from CreateNow when they replaced my Pixel 4 screen. The phone suffered water damage and it was unclear whether a screen replacement would resolve the issue. So, they first tested a new screen free of charge and luckily it resolved the issue. It only took four business days from when my phone left Cape Town via courier (arranged by CreateNow) until it was back in my hand, fixed and thoroughly tested. Overall they were very efficient, Chris clearly communicated progress throughout the process and I couldn't be happier to have my phone restored after thinking it was broken for good!.
